1. Acceptance of Terms & Definitions
Welcome to Crowvia. By creating an account, launching a campaign, participating in an event, completing missions, or otherwise accessing Crowvia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
Throughout these terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" or "Service": Refers to the Crowvia website, backend software, campaign builder, mission verification tools, API endpoints, and participant portals.
- "Creator": A registered user who sets up, manages, and hosts community events, drops, or giveaway campaigns.
- "Participant" or "User": An individual who enters creator campaigns, earns entry tickets, completes missions, or engages with sponsored partner quests.
- "Campaign" or "Event": A creator-organized community engagement or giveaway event hosted on Crowvia.
- "Sponsored Partners": Third-party advertising networks and offerwalls (such as Torox, AdGate Media, etc.) integrated with Crowvia to offer voluntary rewarded activities.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to participate in campaigns on Crowvia. To register as a Creator and receive monetization payouts, you must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately via our Help Center if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.
Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts or utilizing automated methods to artificially boost giveaway entries or farm coins is strictly prohibited.
3. Giveaways & Free Entry Policy (No Purchase Necessary)
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN ANY GIVEAWAY HOSTED ON Crowvia.
All campaigns hosted on Crowvia offer accessible, free methods of entry. Participants may earn entries by completing standard social missions (such as following social channels, joining community servers, visiting creator pages, or claiming daily entry tickets).
Voluntary Sponsored Quests: While participants may choose to complete optional sponsored offers or surveys from our partner offerwalls to earn bonus coins/entries, doing so is entirely voluntary and is never a mandatory requirement to participate or win.
4. Creator Obligations & Campaign Rules
Creators who utilize Crowvia to host events and community giveaways agree to the following standards:
- Accurate Descriptions: All campaign descriptions, prize values, mission requirements, and timelines must be honest, accurate, and not misleading.
- Prize Guarantee & Fulfillment: Creators are solely responsible for providing and fulfilling the exact prizes specified in their campaigns (e.g., game keys, digital gift cards, cash transfers, or physical merchandise) within a reasonable timeframe following the campaign conclusion.
- Lawful Content: Campaigns must not promote hate speech, illegal activities, malware, deceptive schemes, or violate third-party intellectual property rights.
- Anti-Manipulation: Creators may not manipulate drawing outcomes or unfairly disqualify legitimate participants who completed all mission requirements in good faith.
5. Creator Monetization, Revenue Share & Payouts
Crowvia provides a creator monetization program allowing creators to earn revenue when participants engage with optional sponsored partner quests on their campaign pages:
- 70% Revenue Share: Creators receive 70% of net advertising revenue generated by participant offer completions associated with their campaigns (calculated at the standard platform rate of 1,000 participant coins = $1.00 USD).
- Payout Schedule & Minimum Threshold: Creator payouts are processed on a monthly schedule once the creator's confirmed earnings meet or exceed the minimum payout threshold of $10.00 USD.
- Payout Methods: Payouts are delivered via supported payment channels (such as PayPal, Cryptocurrency, or Direct Bank Transfer) as configured in the Creator Billing Dashboard.
- Reversals & Fraud Adjustments: In the event that an advertising partner reverses or revokes credit for an offer due to fraudulent participant activity, chargebacks, or non-compliance, Crowvia reserves the right to deduct corresponding amounts from the creator's pending balance.
6. Sponsored Partner Offerwalls & Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates third-party offerwall and advertising partners (including Torox and other authorized networks). When you voluntarily engage with third-party offers, surveys, app installations, or games:
- You are interacting directly with third-party advertisers governed by their respective terms of service and privacy practices.
- Offer completion eligibility, validation, and reward approval are determined by the respective partner network's tracking systems.
- Crowvia is not responsible for external advertiser content, delayed reward postbacks from partner networks, or external advertiser transaction disputes.
7. Anti-Fraud, Bot Prevention & Fair Play Policy
To ensure integrity and fair chances for all community members, Crowvia enforces automated and manual anti-fraud measures (including IP validation, proxy/VPN detection, and mission verification checks). The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using proxies, VPNs, Tor exit nodes, or emulator software to bypass geographical restrictions or complete fraudulent offers.
- Deploying automated bots, macros, autoclickers, or scripts to automate mission completions or giveaway entries.
- Creating duplicate or throwaway accounts to bypass entry limits or manipulate creator statistics.
- Submitting fake or manipulated proof of task completion.
- Attempting to exploit bugs, security vulnerabilities, or manipulate API endpoints.
Penalties: Violations of this policy will result in immediate disqualification from active campaigns, total forfeiture of accumulated coins and entries, suspension of pending creator earnings, and permanent termination of platform access.
8. Winner Drawings & Prize Claims
Campaign winners are chosen through Crowvia's automated, cryptographic selection system based on valid entries accrued before the event deadline.
Claim Window: Selected winners will be notified on the campaign page and via their registered contact method. Winners must claim their prize within the designated claim window (default 14 days unless otherwise specified).
Unclaimed Prizes: If a winner fails to respond or provide necessary delivery details within the claim window, the prize may be redrawn or forfeited at the creator's discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Crowvia platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
In no event shall Crowvia, its officers, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, creator-hosted giveaways, or third-party offerwalls.
Crowvia acts solely as a technical platform facilitating creator campaigns and is not a sponsor, guarantor, or administrator of individual creator-hosted giveaways unless explicitly designated as an official Crowvia platform event.
10. Help Center, Inquiries & Modifications
Crowvia reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When modifications are made, the revised date at the top of this document will be updated. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
