When you participate in creator giveaways, we collect information necessary to track your entries and verify completed social missions (such as your platform username, social media handles used to verify follows/joins, entry ticket counts, and coin balances).
2.3 Winner Prize Claim Information
If you win a giveaway or redeem a reward, you voluntarily provide prize fulfillment information (such as an email address or game account ID for digital codes, or a shipping name and address for physical merchandise). This information is used exclusively to facilitate delivery of your prize.
2.4 Creator Billing & Payout Information
To process creator revenue share payouts, we collect your preferred payment method details (such as your PayPal email address, cryptocurrency wallet address, or bank transfer details).

4. Sponsored Partner Offerwalls & Pseudonymous S2S Tracking
Crowvia integrates third-party sponsored partner offerwalls (such as Torox and authorized advertising networks) to offer voluntary rewarded activities:
- Pseudonymous Tokens: When you open a sponsored offerwall, Crowvia transmits an anonymized session token (a random identifier) via secure Server-to-Server (S2S) protocol to attribute completed offers to your account.
- No Sensitive Data Shared: We never provide your email address, real name, password, or financial information to offerwall providers.
- Direct Advertiser Interaction: When you leave our platform to complete an advertiser's survey, mobile app installation, or game, the data you submit on external sites is governed directly by that advertiser's privacy policy.
